About Rusa
Rusa Jigauri is from Georgia, a country located in the heart of the Caucasian mountains, rich with history and beautiful mountains. Coming from an artistic family, Rusa showed her creative and artistic side as early as age six. “Every time I saw my mom designing and knitting hats and other accessories, I would get inspired to knit and create something too.” Compliments on her work made her more eager to create new things. This desire lead to designing and creating hats, scarves and other accessories. Strolling around NYC streets at Christmas time, Rusa saw how people appreciated hand-made accessories and decided to start her own business.
