All items are hand wash only (make sure that you use detergent that does not contain bleach). Squeeze gently, give original shape and lay flat to dry.
Methods Of Payment
Only PayPal is currently accepted. Sales Tax of 8.35% will be charged to all orders shipped to NY State.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free when you order 2 or more items within USA. Packages will be shipped via USPS by Priority mail at a cost of $6.95. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery as all items are hand made and if the item is not in a stock, add 2 more extra days.
Returns and Exchange
If you want to exchange or return an item please contact us by email at getinfo@myrusa.com and state the reason. Returns may be made within 10 days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Used items will not be accepted. Custom orders are final sale.
